You must enter your username and password to login to Pragmatic Tracker. If you're
having trouble logging in here's a checklist to help...
- Your username is the one you chose or was chosen for you when you first started to
use Tracker.
- Your password is the one you most recently chose, either when you first signed up to use
Tracker or when you last changed it.
- Both your username and password are case-sensitive
so check that you are typing them in eXaCtLy as they should be.
- Check that you don't have Caps-Lock turned on.
Important!
If you really can't remember your password don't just keep on trying different variations as
your account will be locked after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
Click the "If you've forgotten your password..." link to send yourself a coded email to set a new password.
The message will remind you of your username too.
After Software Update
If you have problems logging in for the first time after a software update this may
be a cookie related problem. Click here to forcibly delete the problem cookie
and log in again.
